I follow a few RSS feeds provided by the New Zealand Government but it’s often annoying to source them for various reasons:

  1. Discovering which agencies have websites with feeds is a pain as there is no consistency across agencies
  2. Even when you do find an agency with feeds, finding where those feeds are located is often a hassle in itself
  3. Getting feeds working with hosted RSS readers can be impossible due to various WAFs

Given that, I’ve started my own little catalogue of government feeds to make life easier. Perhaps it might come in handy for you too.

To avoid any doubt, this website is not affiliated with, or endorsed by any agency. It will always be a best-effort, incomplete catalogue but it’s arguably better than nothing.
